1 pound hamburger
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup quick cooking rice uncooked
1 can condensed tomato soup -- (10 3/4 ounce)
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Recipe
Mix well hamburger, egg, onion, salt, pepper, rice and 1/4 cup soup. form
into 16 balls and brown on all sides. Pour off fat. Add remaining soup,
water and mustard. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
