Rosemary and Garlic T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients:
2, 1¼ inch thick T-Bone Steaks
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped fine
5 cloves garlic, chopped fine
zest of 1 lemon
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
Combine ingredients from rosemary down in a small bowl, set aside. Remove steaks from
the refrigerator 30-40 minutes prior to grilling. Rub each steak with rosemary mixture on
both sides. Let sit for at least the 30-40 minutes prior to grilling at room temperature. You
can also rub mixture on steaks and refrigerate over night.
Pre-heat grill to medium high heat. Grill about 6-8 minutes per side for medium, 140-145
degrees internal temperature.
