Round Steak Supreme

Description
Wonderful deviation from potatoes and meat.
Ingredients
1-2 lbs. round steak cut in 2
2 beef bullion cubes
1 c. water
1 T. flour
1/8 t. garlic powder
1 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 3oz can mushrooms
1/4 chopped green pepper
1 sm. cauliflower chopped into flowerets
broccoli chopped (to your liking)
Directions
Dissolve bullion cubes in hot water. Meanwhile, cut round steak in strips (2" X 1/2") and put the meat in bottom of slow cooker or large pot. Add flour and mix. Add onions, garlic, soy, mushrooms, and green pepper. Pour water over the top, adding cauliflower and broccoli as well and cover. Slow cook on high until hot, then reduce heat to medium (3 1/2 hours or bake: at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, then 250 degrees 1 1/2 hours.) Serve this over rice and enjoy!
