STUFFED WITH BACON BURGERS

List of Ingredients
12 slices of Bacon
(cooked crisp & broken, about 3 slices per burger)
1/3 c. catsup (BBQ sauce can be substituted)
1 lb shredded cheese
2T. scallions (green onion) - diced
1 lb ground round
hamburger buns
Recipe
Combine first four ingredients.
Make 8 very thin burger patties
(dividing the pound of beef equally).
Place a large, heaping spoonful of mixture onto 4 burger patties.
Top each pattie with a second, thin pattie of beef.
Pinch patties to seal.
Grill 5-10 minutes on each side.
(depending on your prefence off medium to well done)
