    Saucy Meatballs

    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 T dry onion flakes
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 cup milk

    Pineapple Sauce

    1 14 oz. can pineapple tidbits with juice
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup vinegar
    2 T. corn starch
    1 tsp. soy sauce

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Shape into small meatballs and brown. Place
    meatballs in a baking dish and cover with pineapple sauce. Bake at 350
    degrees for about 40 minutes.

    Pineapple Sauce

    Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat and stir until it boils and
    thickens. Pour over meatballs
