THAI BEEF RIBBONS

1 (2 lb.) beef flank steak
2/3 C. teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 T. finely chopped fresh ginger
2 T. oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
8 (10-inch) skewers
Recipe
Trim excess fat from meat; cover and refrigerate (cold meat is easier to slice). Slice diagonally across grain in 1/4-inch thick strips. Place in glass baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Pour over beef; cover, refrigerate, turning often. Marinate 3 to 24 hours.
Cook on skewers on barbecue 4 inches from fire, 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
