1 pound hot dogs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup Medium Amber Maple Syrup



Recipe



Combine butter, soy sauce and maple syrup in frying pan. Score hot dogs with knife and add simmering sauce. Stir until meat is coated and then simmer until sauce is dark and slightly thick. Yield: 5 main dish servings

Vermont Medium Amber maple syrup is the darkest table grade with a robust maple bouquet. Some folks prefer this syrup for the table, and its stronger maple flavor makes it an excellent choice for cooking.
