    I got this fast and fun favorite out of an older (2 or 3 years) Betty Crocker grocery store cookbook. My kids love them, and they are sooo easy!
    SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    Change to: Servings US Metric

    Ingredients
    8 beef franks
    1 package refrigerated breadstick dough
    2 egg whites
    poppy seed or sesame seed
    Directions
    1Preheat oven to heat specified on breadstick package.
    2Wrap hot dogs in breadsticks, making a spiral from the one end of the hot dog to the other.
    3Place the hot dogs on a cookie sheet that was misted with cooking spray.
    4Brush the egg white lightly on the dough.
    5Sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds on top.
    6Bake for 8-12 minutes, until lightly browned.
