    Chili Meatloaf

    1 cup tomato sauce, divided
    3 tablespoons Splenda Granular, divided
    2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder,divided
    1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
    1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pound extra-lean ground turkey or beef
    1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 9x5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Mix 1/3 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons SPLENDA Granular, mustard, 1 teaspoon chili powder, onion flakes and salt in large mixing bowl.
    Add ground meat and bread crumbs; stir well. Shape meat mixture into loaf form to fit pan; place in prepared pan. Mix remaining tomato sauce, chili powder and SPLENDA Granular
    together in small bowl. Spoon mixture over top of meat loaf. Bake 55 to 60 min. Remove meatloaf from oven and place on wire rack. Cool 5 min. before slicing. Makes 6 servings (5 oz)
