Mexican Meatloaf

You must try this meatloaf with zest!
Ingredients
2 lbs. of lean hamburger
3/4 cup of cornmeal
1 cup of salsa
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Add egg and cornmeal to hamburger meat and mix throughly. Next, add 1/2 cup of the salsa to the meat and shape into a loaf. Pour the rest of the salsa on top and bake for 1 hr. at 375 degrees. Add the shredded cheese to the top and bake until melted. Enjoy!
