Description
Never have dry meatloaf again with this juicy meatloaf recipe!
Ingredients
1.5 lbs of ground beef (less fat the better)
1/2 chopped onion
2 tsp of minced garlic (or 4 cloves finely chopped)
1 cup of finely chopped parsley
2 cups of italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup of red pepper seeds (if preferred spicy)
1/2 lemon squeezed into the meat
1 Tbsp of Salt
1 Tbsp of Pepper
1 Tbsp of oregano
1 cup of parm cheese
1/4 of a cup of olive oil
1 egg
1 1\2 cups of yogurt (whole milk) main ingredient.
1/3 cup of steak sauce
Directions
Blend together fully all dry ingredients. Add all liquids when done. If meat is dry add 1/2 cup more of yogurt. Make sure all ingredients are fully combined. Shape your meat loaf. put in pan, cover with foil and let stand in refrigerator for approximately 2 hours to marinate. When ready to bake you can add either gravy or sauce. I add nothing but sliced potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Make sure you bast the meat every once in a while. Serve and enjoy. For a nice salad along with this meal, would be 1 cucumber diced, 1 tomato diced, 2 scallion onions diced, and 1 cup of finely chopped parsley. Dressing will be one lemon, juice over salad, 2 Tbsp of Olive oil, and salt to desire.
