MICROWAVE CHEESY TURKEY CASSEROLE

2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken,
diced
1 (5 oz.) can Pet evaporated
milk
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream
of celery soup
4 slices American cheese
Recipe
Place rice in one layer in bottom of 2 quart shallow
microwave casserole. Spread peas on top of rice; cover with
chicken. Combine evaporated milk and celery soup in a small
bowl and pour over mixture. Arrange cheese on top of casse-
role. Microwave on high 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is
melted and slightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before
serving. You can use this recipe as a guide for leftover
cooked beef, pork, ham or even sausages.
