    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. half and half
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey or
    chicken
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese



    Recipe



    Place 2 tablespoons butter in small bowl. Microwave at
    High for 45 to 60 seconds, or until butter melts. Stir in
    bread crumbs. Set aside. Place 1/4 cup butter in 2 quart
    casserole dish. Microwave at High 45 to 75 seconds, or until
    butter melts. Blend flour and oregano into butter. Stir in
    broth and half and half. Microwave at Medium-High for 8 to 9
    minutes, or until mixture thickens. Stir every 2 minutes.
    Saute mushrooms. Stir in spaghetti, turkey, mushrooms and
    Parmesan cheese. Cover. Microwave at Medium-High for 5 to 6
    minutes, or until heated through. Stir once. Sprinkle with
    bread crumb mixture. Microwave, uncovered, at Medium-High for
    2 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
