    Microwave Creamy Spinach with Rice

    1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well

    1/2 cup Minute Rice

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/2 cup water

    1 tablespoon milk

    2 teaspoons chicken granules

    1/4 cup chopped onion

    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, optional

    3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese


    Recipe



    Mix everything together in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook at 100% power for 6-8 minutes.
