    Microwave Meatballs

    1 pound ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon liquid beef stock concentrate
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    season to taste


    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls. Place on a
    microwave safe plate and cook on HIGH for 8-9 minutes.
    This meatball recipe makes about 20 meatballs.
