Oatmeal Butterscotch Drop Cookies

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups uncooked regular or old-fashioned rolled oats
1 pkg (12 oz) butterscotch flavoured chips
1 cup (6 oz) milk chocolate chips
Recipe
1.) Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
2.) In large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars until smooth.
3.) Beat in the eggs until mixture is light. Add the vanilla extract, rolled oats and butterscotch chips. Add the flour
mixture. Blend well.
4.) Add chocolate chips.
5.) Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased microsafe baking sheet. (9 at a time)
6.) Microwave at HIGH power for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
7.) Allow cookies to cool slightly before removing.
8.) Repeat with remaining dough.
9.) Serve.
Makes: 35 cookies
