Crisp Bruschetta

2 Tomato
1 small can Black Olive
1 med Red Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 oz Basil
1 oz Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
Garlic Bread, Sliced Thinly
Dice tomato into cubes, chop black olives, dice onion. chop basil and mince garlic. Mix together with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste
Reduce balsamic and sugar by half until it becomes like syrup. It will thicken when cooled. add to toasted garlic bread with bruschetta mixture
