6" Rice Paper
½ oz fresh salmon
2 oz snow crab
½ oz fresh cilantro
1 leaf romaine lettuce
½ oz avocado
½ oz radish sprout
Sauces: sriracha, wasabi mayo, ponzu
Directions:
Soak rice paper in water luke-warm water for 1 minute, pad dry. Lay flat on cutting board, place all ingredients inside and roll like a spring roll. Cut into 8 pieces and garnish with sauces.
Note: the rice paper should have an elastic consistency when you are working with it, if the rice paper is falling apart, or rigid, start over and either soak for more time if rigid and less time if falling apart.
