    Pepper Jack Skillet Fajitas

    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Southwest Style Pepper Jack Soup
    8 flour tortillas (8"), warmed

    Recipe



    HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
    ADD pepper and onion and cook over medium heat until tender.
    ADD soup and heat through.
    SPOON about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
    Fold tortillas around filling. Makes 8 fajitas.
