1LB GNOCCHI (pasta made out of potatoes)
SAUCE:
1 QT HEAVY CREAM 40% or higher
1/2 STICK OF REAL BUTTER
1 PINT OF FRESH SLICED MUSHROOMS
2 OZ SUNDRIED TOMATOES
12 OZ MARINATED ARTICHOKES
1/2 LB FRESH SPINACH
2 OZ CHOPED YELLOW ONIONS
SALT, PEPPER TO TASTE
3 OZ GRATED PARMESAN
BOIL PASTA UNTIL IT FLOATS TO SURFACE OF WATER. COOK ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SAUTE PAN OR POT UNTIL WELL INCORPORATED.
POUR BOILED AND DRAINED GNOCCHI INTO PASTA SAUCE.
