LENTEN BOW TIES, TOMATOES AND SHRIMP:

8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked in
1 1/2 c. chicken broth, drain and keep warm
1 medium onion chopped salt & pepper to taste
1 can diced tomatoes, garlic & onion 3/4 lb. shrimp, cooked
(drained)
In a skillet saute' the onion in cooking spray or a small amount of oil till soft, add the tomatoes add the tomatoes and pasta and mix well, simmer for a few minutes Add salt and pepper and shrimp, sliced in half lengthwise and heat thoroughly. Serve with a salad and garlic bread. Serves two with leftovers. .
