Red Pepper Ravioli

3 Tbsp. olive Oil
8 oz. chicken breast
1½ cups sliced zucchini
½ cup sliced onions,
1 cup sliced mushrooms
salt & Pepper to taste
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ cup hot ajvar,
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. chicken base
½ cup of water
6 cups water
12 large portobello mushroom raviolis
1-2 oz. Parmesan cheese
Heat a large skillet pan with the oil then add chicken sauté for 3 min. . . . Add veggies then mushrooms salt-and-pepper sauté for another 3 minutes. Add minced garlic then chicken stocks then add ajvar and butter and turn down to simmer for about 2 to 3 min. and then it's ready for raviolis.
Put raviolis in to steeping hot water 2 to 3 min. when they float pull from water they're ready to be added to or with red pepper.
