12 oz. Pkg. Jumbo Pasta Shells

    4 Cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese

    1 Cup Ricotta Cheese

    ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese

    1 Whole Egg

    1 tsp. Parsley Flakes

    16 oz. Pasta Sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil pasta shells approx. 16 to 18 min.
Mix together 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese with the ricotta, the parmesan, the egg and the parsley.
Strain the cooked pasta shells and fill with cheese mixture. In an oven pan pour approx. 1/3 of your pasta sauce and place the stuffed shells in the pan. Pour the remaining pasta sauce over the top of the shells making sure to each individual shell. Then take the remaining 3 cups of mozzarella cheese and cover all the shells. Bake until the cheese just starts to brown on top. Approx. 10 to 12 min. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with toasted garlic bread.
