    Pizza Dough Recipe
    by: Big Apple Pizzeria

    * 2½ Cups Bread Flour (½ Cup reserved)
    * 1½ tsp Yeast (active dry)
    * 1 tsp Salt
    * 1 tsp Sugar
    * 1 Cup Warm water
    * 1½ Tbsp Olive Oil


    In large mixing bowl, mix reserved 1/2/ cup flour with warm water and yeast.
    Let set for 5 min.
    Mix in salt, sugar and olive oil. Gradually mix in remaining 2 cups flour.
    Pull out of mixing bowl and knead on lightly floured surface for 5 to 8 min. until dough is smooth and elastic.
    Covered with kitchen towel and let set out on counter for 1/2 hour.
    Cut in half - roll into two separate dough balls.
    Option 1 (preferred) Place in separate plastic bags and store in refrigerator for 24 - 48 hours.
    Option 2 Cover and let set out for 1 hour then stretch out for pizza
