    Flatbread Pizza
    Pesto Sauce
    2 large garlic Cloves
    1/2cup Basil
    1/4 Parmesan Cheese (grated)
    2oz Olive Oil
    1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    Blend garlic and red pepper flakes in food processor until finely chopped. Add basil and finely chop. Add parmesan and blend til paste. Slowly incorporate olive oil until blended with other ingredents.
    Preheat oven 450 degrees with pizza stone for hour or more.
    Flatbread Pizza Dough

    4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons lard 1 1/2 cups water
    Whisk the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl. Mix in the lard with your fingers until the flour resembles cornmeal. Add the water and mix until the dough comes together place on a lightly floured surface and knead a few minutes until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Use a well-floured rolling pin to roll a dough ball into a thin round.Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place one dough round in the skillet and bake until brown spots appear on the bottom, about 1 minute. Flip the bread and bake for an additional minute. Remove the bread and wrap it in a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
