Gulf Shrimp and Conecuh Pizza from Joe Cain Café

1 – 16” pizza crust par baked
1 cup of white sauce or Alfredo sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
1 cup of shredded cheddar/jack blend
2 cups of spinach sautéed and padded dry
10 large shrimp marinated in garlic and herbs and par cooked
½ lb of Conecuh sausage grilled and cut into 1/2” pieces
Assemble the pizza and bake on 400 degrees for 8 minutes
