    MU SHU PORK PIZZA Makes 4 servings.

    4 pizzas topped with mushrooms, pork, cabbage and carrots.

    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 pound store bought pizza dough, shaped into 4 disks
    4 oz piece pork tenderloin
    6 mushrooms, stems discarded
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    1 tbs olive oil
    Salt and Pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    3 tbs sesame oil
    1 cup shredded carrots

    Heat a grill. In a bowl, combine 1 tbs each oil and water, 1 tsp hoisin, and
    garlic. In a bowl, toss mushrooms with 1 tbs oil, season with salt and pepper.
    Slice pork into 4 pieces and brush with remaining oil, season with salt and
    pepper.
    -Place pork and mushrooms on grill, cover and cook turning once until pork is
    barely firm and mushrooms are tender, 5 min. Slice mushrooms and cut pork into
    cubes, add to bowl of sesame hoisin sauce.
    -Drizzle oil on a baking sheet, turn dough disks in oil. Press each disk into a
    6" round. Place dough on grill, cover and cook until bubbly, 3 min. Flip and
    brush with remaining hoisin sauce. Cover and cook until well marked, 3 min. Add
    cabbage, carrots and green onions to mushroom pork mixture. Top crusts with
    mixture, then SERVE...
