BBQ and Brunch Pulled Pork Hash

Pulled Pork in a crock pot or smoker or oven. takes about 8 hours to cook .so you need to cook the pulled pork the day before for dinner
of lunch. you can buy pulled pork by the pound at rib city
* ½ LB pulled pork
* 4 cooked potatoes (skin off)
* ½ diced onion
* 1 green pepper diced
* ¼ cup milk
* 1 cup shredded cheese
* Sweet BBQ sauce
Saute with butter the diced onions and peppers.while skillet is hot in the large skillet with the sauteed onions and pepper add the
potato add the 1/2 pound of pulled pork keep stirring until hot and the pork and potato are warm add cheese cook until the cheese squirt BBQ sauce over top
