Margarita Grilled Center Cut Pork Chops
Marinate4-24 hours Cook- 12-15 minutes
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, OR bone-in, about 1-1/4 inch thick
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped OR 1 dried chipolte chile, rehydrated* and minced **
2 tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 container frozen margarita mix
1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Place chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag; combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill in grill pan over medium high heat 12-15 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serve chops immediately.
