    Orange-Honey Barbecued Ribs

    Prep: 20 min, Cook: 2:00.

    2 lbs. country style pork ribs
    1 cup chili sauce
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    3-1/2 Tbs. honey
    2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. unsalted butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/8 tsp. orange rind, grated

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ribs on rack of broiler pan. Cover
    with foil. Roast 1 hour. While meat is roasting, combine chili
    sauce, next 5 ingredients and salt to taste in a saucepan. Bring to
    a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in
    orange rind and set aside. Remove foil from meat and pour off
    drippings. Brush sauce on ribs. Roast uncovered 30 minutes. Brush
    with sauce again. Roast 20-30 minutes longer or until ribs are very
    tender. Serve any remaining sauce with ribs.
