RIBS WITH FAVORITE SPICY BAR-B-Q SAUCE
Arrange about 3 pounds lean pork spareribs, cut into 2
or 3 rib pieces in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish. Cover with wax
paper. Microwave at High for about 20 to 25 minutes, rearrange-
ing about 10 minutes until partially cooked. Place on preheat-
ed grill, about 4-inches above direct heat or as recommended
for ribs on your grill. Grill for 35 to 45 minutes until no
pink remains in meat, turning meat periodically. Before
serving, brush or dunk in favorite spicy barbecue sauce. Makes
about 4 servings.
For a drier, crispy texture, use less microwave time and
maximum grill time.
