SEASONED PORK CHOPS AND RICE
1 can Tomato Soup
1 cup water
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
Recipe
Mix soup, water, corn, rice, onion, pepper and 1/4 tsp. thyme in 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chops. Sprinkle with additional pepper and remaining thyme. Cover and bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until done. For creamier rice, increase water to 1-1/3 cups.
Serves 4.
