Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
3 T. honey
3 T. yellow mustard
8 chicken thighs, rinsed and patted dry
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 C. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 C. Italian herb seasoning mix
Recipe
Heat oven to 350º
Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl. Brush over chicken thighs. Season with salt and pepper
Combine bread crumbs and seasoning mix on plate. Roll chicken in crumbs to coat.
Place chicken thighs in a greased baking pan. Bake until juices run clear, about 30 minutes.
