    Cajun Chicken With Creole Potatoes



    8ct Chicken Breast
    1 tbls Cayenne Pepper
    1 tbls White Pepper
    1 tbls Thyme
    1/2 tbls Salt
    1 cup Onions, sliced
    1 tbls Lemon Pepper
    2 cups Olive Oil
    1 tbls Black Pepper
    1 tbls Garlic
    1 tbls Oregano
    1 cup Bell Peppers
    1 lb Potatoes, sliced
    1 tbls Paprika

    Heat oil in a large skillet to medium heat. Mix all dry seasonings together and dredge chicken breast until well coated. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chicken and place aside. Slice potatoes and onions this as possible. Place them in oil and fry until tender. Place potatoes around the edge of the plate and the chicken in the middle.
