· 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
· 1/4 cup ketchup
· 1/4 cup honey
· 1/4 cup light soy sauce
· 4 garlic cloves, minced
· 1/8 teaspoon red food color
· 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 450 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the chicken strips on the baking sheet, discarding the remaining marinade.
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the chicken over; bake for 8 to 10 more minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and it is glazed.
Serve immediately.
