    3 pound of chicken breast
    Wash and cut to one inch cubes
    Dice one large onion
    Second
    Two potatoes cut in small cubes
    Two large carrots cut in half inch cubes
    Third
    Half head of cauliflower cut in small pieces
    Half head of broccoli cut in small pieces
    Dice a head of red and yellow peppers to a half inch cubes
    One large zucchini cut in half inc cubes
    One large yellow squash cut in half inch cubes
    8 oz. of mushroom quarter
    One pound of shredded mazorolla cheese
    3 bags of 16 oz. fill dough
    2 cups vegetable oil.

    Sauté’ onions and chicken.
    Bring carrots and potatoes to boil. (medium)
    Steam all ingredients (Blanch)
    Mix everything lightly.

    *To prepare “Filo Dough”, open box and spread dough over surface of counter top. Momentarily use two damp towels to moisten the dough. Use three sheets of dough at a time. Brush oil on outer and inner layer of dough. Take 3 spoons of the pastry mixture, 3inchs from the bottom of the dough. Top it with one spoon of mozzarella cheese.

    *To close pastry- fold both side of dough to one another. Then fold bottom towards middle (Like a burrito) place on baking sheet seam down. Bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Served with Cucumber yogurt sauce or green salad.
