Chicken Sour Cream Bake
6 boneless chicken breast halves/ halved again
1 4oz jar chipped beef, rinsed in boiling water & drained
12 slices bacon
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of asparagus ( or mushroom) soup
paprika
Recipe
Wrap each piece of chicken in a slice of chipped beef, then wrap in bacon. Mix tog. soup & sour cream. Place chicken in casserole dish & pour soup mixture over. Sprinkle with paprika & bake, uncovered for 2 hrs, at 325°f.
Serves 6
Could sprinkle cheese over instead of paprika.
