1½ cups ShurSaving orange juice
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. lime zest
½ tsp. ground red pepper
4 chicken leg quarters
Cooking Spray
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
(more if needed to thicken)
¾ tsp. salt
Place orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and lime zest in large plastic bag. Add chicken, seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade.
Preheat broiler. Place chicken on a foil lined jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray; broil 8 minutes on each side or until done.
While chicken cooks, place reserved marinade, flour, and salt in a small saucepan, stirring with a whisk until blended. Bring to boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat, and cook 1 minute or until thickened. Serve sauce with chicken.
