    Cutlets Milanese

    1 package (about 1 pound) Fresh Thin Sliced Turkey or Chicken Breast Cutlets
    Salt and pepper to taste
    ½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 large egg, beaten with 1 teaspoon water
    2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil


    Recipe



    Season cutlets with salt and pepper. On wax paper, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip cutlets in egg mixture and dredge in bread crumb mixture. In large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add cutlets and sauté 3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
    Ready In: 15 minutes
    Servings: 4

    Bake Bake in 400 degree F/200 degree C oven for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
