    EASY CHICKEN AND RICE

    1 pound skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 can (14 1/2 0z) chicken broth
    Italian seasoning 2 TBL
    3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside
    Add broth. Heat to a boil. Stir in Italian seasoning, stir. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Stir in cheese.
    Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until rice is done.

    (I bake boneless, skinless chicken breast or tenders and freeze. Then when I need chicken, all I need to do is brown it)
