Finger Lickin"Chicken
6 T. mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
6 chicken breast or
pieces of choice
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place chicken in large 9 X 13-inch
baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Baste with mayonnaise
mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
Tip: The black pepper seems like to much--but it's not, and the vinegar is
what makes it so tender. Enjoy
