Gang Dang (Red Curry)

Sauce
1( 9 oz) can Coconut milk
1 Tbsp. Red curry paste
1/3 Tbsp. Palm sugar
1/3 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Salt
3-4 Lime leaves
5 oz. Chicken
Bamboo shoots, to taste
Green peas, to taste
5-7 pieces Zucchini
3-4 slices Green Bell
3-4 slices Red Bell
2 branches Thai Basil
Sauce-
Boil chicken in water until almost done. Set aside. Put coconut milk and curry paste in a pot. Put palm sugar and water is separate bowl. Heat to melt sugar and mix together. Add mixed sugar and water to coconut milk. Add salt and lime leaf. Mix thoroughly. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add chicken, and all vegetables
