SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER. PLACE SKIN SIDE DOWN IN A
SHALLOW 3 QT. BAKING DISH. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT SWEET
POTATOES)TOGETHER AND BRUSH ON CHICKEN. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 30
MINUTES, BASTING OCCASIONALLY. TURN AND BASTE. BAKE FOR 10-15
MINUTES MORE. ADD WELL-DRAINED SWEET POTATOES AND BAKE FOR 10- 15
MINUTES MORE, BASTING CHICKEN AND POTATOES.
