8-oz. can sliced pineapple
2 T. honey
1/3 c. steak sauce
2 2/2-lb. fryer pieces
Recipe
Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid with steak sauce and honey. Place chicken in baking dish and pour on sauce. Bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour. Arrange pineapple slices on top of chicken during last 10 minutes of baking. Makes about 4 servings.
