Honey-Curry Glazed Chicken
Oven at 375° 4 servings
In a 13" x 9" baking pan, melt:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
Stir in:
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons mustard (Dijon preferably)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
Recipe
Season a 2 1/2 to 3-lb. broiler or fryer, cut in
quarters with salt and pepper. Turn chicken in sauce
to coat evenly. Then arrange in pan in a single layer.
Put in oven and bake uncovered until tender-about 45
minutes-basting with the sauce occasionally while
baking.
