    No Fuss Chicken and Rice Bake
    Yield: 6 servings

    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2 tablespoons margarine or butter
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Butterball® Chicken Broth
    1 cup uncooked instant white rice
    10 ounces cooked chicken, diced
    6 ounces Butterball® Stuffing, any variety
    PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray
    1 package (1 ounce) Butterball® Turkey Gravy Mix
    chopped fresh parsley


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F.
    In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in margarine until tender, stirring frequently. Add broth and heat thoroughly; stir in rice and chicken. and remove from heat.
    Gently fold in stuffing and pour into an 11-inch x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, prepare gravy according to package directions. Spoon gravy over each serving just before serving and top with parsley.
    Serving Suggestions


    May serve with deli coleslaw and green peas for super fast sides, if desired.
