One Dish Baked Chicken Parmesan
4 boneless, skinless breasts halves
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 jar Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400º. Dip chicken in egg, then in bread crumbs, coating well.
In a 13x9 inch baking dish, put a layer of ragu at the bottom and then place and arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
Pour Ragu pasta sauce over chicken, then top with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve, if desired with hot cooked pasta.
