    Orange-Mustard Glazed Turkey Cutlets

    List of Ingredients

    4 turkey cutlets
    1/3 cup orange marmalade (or frozen orange juice concentrate)
    1Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    Nonstick cooking spray


    Recipe

    Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Place the turkey cutlets in the skillet and brown on medium high heat. Mix together marmalade and mustard. Remove cutlets from skillet and add marmalade mixture. Stir with drippings. Return cutlets to skillet and simmer on low to medium heat until cooked thoroughly, approximately 6-10 minutes. (Internal temperature should be 170°F.)
