Picante Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 16 oz. jar picante sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Hot cooked rice, optional
Recipe
Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. In a small
bowl, combine the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over
chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until
chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice if desired.
