    Smoked Chicken W/White BBQ Sauce

    2 Tblsp liquid smoke
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    4 chicken breat halves w/bones & skin

    1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (no substitutes)
    1/3 cup Cider vinegar
    2 tblsp Prepared horseradish
    2 tblsp Water
    1 tsp Kosher salt
    2 tblsp black pepper (ground or cracked is fine)
    2 tblsp sugar (very important)

    Recipe



    Rub the chicken, making sure to get some under the skin, with the liquid smoke then sprinkle on dry spices and let rest for 1 hour. While the chicken is resting make sauce.

    Whisk all ingredients in a bowl till well combined. If not being used till much later, refridgerate and bring it almost to room temp to serve.

    Grill chicken over medium heat until no longer pink at the bone (yuk!). Serve with sauce on the side. Sometimes hubby brushes a little on the last 5 minutes of cooking (my preference).

    Any leftover sauce will keep in the fridge.
